No personally identifiable or non-public information such as your real name, home address or e-mail address is automatically collected by us from your visit to the Site and/or Games. However, some non-personal information is collected automatically by our internet and game servers. This information includes the make, specs, model and operating system of your device, device IDs, public IP addresses, browser information, date and time stamps, the number of clicks or time spent on a page, referring and exit pages, including pages viewed and other web interactions, and event information such as crash or error details and request and referral URLs. We use this information to administrate the Site and track trends to make the Site more accessible.

Any mailing lists, downloads, offers, events, registration forms and surveys available on the Site and/or Games may request contact information like email addresses and/or demographic information such as birth date, age, gender, time zone and language. Some of this information may be required in order to gain access to certain features of our Services such as Account registration. Furthermore, we may collect and/or store activity information necessary for the proper functioning of our Games such as character IDs, character names, character appearances, other gameplay data or information directly attached to characters, account display names, gameplay history or activity, friends lists, friend requests, blocked user lists, social group names, members and data and other in-game communications. Account identifiers created by Third-party platforms or Blackminnow platforms may be created, stored or otherwise collected when you create an Account and/or access our Services through such accounts (e.g., "SteamID"s used to identify Steam accounts, Twitter "handles", and Facebook Accounts).
Information submitted to us will only be used by us only as necessary for our legitimate business interests. With your permission, we may also use your contact information to send you information about our Services. You may always opt-out of receiving future mailings. We do not store any credit card or payment information we may receive in regard to any transactions except as necessary to complete and satisfy rights and obligations with regard to such transactions.
We may disclose user information in cases when we believe within reason that it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who we have determined has violated the law, brought interference with or injury to Blackminnow Games Ltd.'s or any Third-party's rights or property, or where we believe within reason said person is contemplating fatal self-harm or injury to any other persons.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
Visitors and users of the Site and/or Games are solely responsible for any and all content shared when participating in social features such as in-game chats or public forums. Such content can be collected, used, shared and copied by other user.
Please exercise caution when sharing information publicly.
We believe that users have a right to privacy especially when using non-public chat systems, we do not actively monitor messages sent between users using any chat systems within our Games. This is to say, we do not automatically collect every chat message sent through our systems. However, authorized community moderators or Blackminnow employees may at any point monitor messages that they have access to as an ordinary user of our Services (e.g., if a community moderator or employee is a member of a social group, they may receive messages sent between other users of that group and therefore would be considered monitoring said messages the moment they are received). Chat messages are only seen by us when:
i. An authorized community moderator or Blackminnow employee receives chat messages.
ii. A user submits a report against a user for a rule violation that occured through a chat system.
Reach of the River is powered by Microsoft Azure Playfab. By using and registering a user account within Reach of the River, you consent to the transfer and use of data and information to PlayFab in connection with the game and any other services including but not limited to usernames, passwords, any game data and other information that constitutes personal data or personal information under any applicable Data Protection Law. Any and all data collected while using our Reach of the River game is used in accordance with Microsoft’s privacy statement available at https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement
Our Services may contain links to Third-party websites. We are not responsible for and do not endorse the content, privacy policies and practices of any Third-parties that may be linked to our Services. The presence, inclusion or availability of a link does not imply endorsement by us or by our affiliates.
Blackminnow does not knowingly solicit any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13 or under the age of majority. If you are under 13 or under the age of majority within your jurisdiction, we ask that you do not share information with us. In the event that we have determined that we have collected information from a child under 13 years of age or someone under the age of majority, that person's information will be promptly deleted from our records. If you believe we might have information from or about a child under 13 years of age or someone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, please contact us immediately at support@reachoftheriver.com.
Information is only kept for as long as is necessary for relevant Services and/or Games or until you erase your user Accounts or exercise your right to have your data deleted. For more information about having your Accounts terminated, please see section 15 of our User Agreement.
When you visit or use the Site and/or Services, personal information about you may be transferred, stored or processed outside the country in which you are situated in to other countries in which Blackminnow's web, internet and game server providers operate.
Users located in California have the right to request that Blackminnow discloses the categories and specific pieces of personal data that we have collected about you. Our Services process information within the scope of the CCPA and will not disclose information for any purpose other than for the purposes permitted under the CCPA and as set out in this Policy.
